Before you place your order

By ordering Zip signage, you agree to the Zip Signage Program Terms. The key points:

• You're eligible if you are net new to Zip or have an active Zip merchant account and fewer than 10 store locations. Larger merchants — contact us.
• Signage is free. Zip covers materials and standard shipping. Limit one kit per location per quarter.
• Use it in-store only, at the locations you listed, to show customers you accept Zip. Don't modify, copy, or use the materials online or in advertising without our permission.
• Display it in a customer-facing spot, and take it down within 14 days if you stop accepting Zip or we ask you to.
• You're responsible for your store operations and complying with applicable laws. Zip is responsible for the materials themselves.
• Either of us can end your participation in the program at any time.
• The Zip Marks belong to Zip. You're getting a limited, revocable license to display them on the supplied signage only.
• These terms are governed by New York law, with disputes resolved by arbitration (no class actions). Liability is capped at $500.
