Tai is an experienced lawyer, Company Secretary, corporate governance and compliance professional. He has worked with Boards and executive management for ASX listed (Westpac, HT&E Limited, and Yancoal Ltd) and unlisted companies.

He has experience in the IPO listing process for the ASX, has been appointed an external consultant for AUSTRAC and as the Head of Asia-Pac Compliance for Travelex and Munich Re. Tai's experience covers a range of industries including financial services, mining, information technology and legal (both private practice and in-house).
