Within Zip, the Growth Marketing team spearheads a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on expanding the direct-to-Zip user base, driving activation and repeat purchases, and enhancing monetization efforts. Their responsibilities encompass owned/paid media, customer communications, affiliate channels, product plan marketing, offer strategy, and growth-centric design. With clear KPIs in place, the team ensures performance measurement and optimization to drive Zip's sustained growth and success
Interesting problems you’ll get to solve
- Own and lead day-to-day growth marketing initiatives for Zip, focusing on driving new customer acquisition directly into the Zip app, aligning with Zip's strategic objectives
- Oversee and optimize paid media and owned channels to maximize customer outreach
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand Zip's user base
- Develop a plan to increase new customer acquisition for the Zip app
- Experiment with fresh partnerships and expansion avenues to enhance scalability
- Revamp and reimagine the zip.co/us website to improve its effectiveness in capturing demand
- Manage the performance budget and report/optimize based on CAC and LTV
- Ensure organic channels are well optimized, including owning the use website projects, SEO, CRO, and ASO
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects and partnerships forward
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition growth
- Ability to handle pressure with demonstrated experience in exceeding KPIs
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions as well as display strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment serving as a catalyst for change
- Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Strong interest in fintech and payments space

The Pay Range for this position: $100,100 - $138,138 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
