About the role

You will be responsible for welcoming all guests in Zip HQ, respond to general office requests, coordinate office supplies and catering, maintain a clean front of house and provide day-to-day office support for all our Zipsters.

This opportunity is a part-time position and would completely based on site. We would love for 3 days availability/week.

What you will own and support:

  • Create a warm and customer-first experience for both Zipsters and external Clients
  • Uphold the presentation of the reception area & ensure L14 meeting rooms are clean & tidy
  • Manage all Zipster enquiries through to resolution 
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries & couriers/ post office visits when required
  • Handle all access card requests including badges for new hires, replacement of any lost cards
  • Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies, order office supplies and other common used items for the office
  • Coordinate catering for weekly Thursday lunch liaising with and managing multiple suppliers
  • Maintain snacks and drinks in the kitchen spaces
  • Assist Workplace Experience Coordinator with any office related requests including logging maintenance requests, helping set up meeting rooms, other adhoc items

To help us level up, you will bring:

  • Exposure to facilities management 
  • Experience in dealing with and coordinating external suppliers 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience 
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks under pressure when reception is busy
