  • We are a platform that makes online payments easier and interest free for mexicans customers. Divide your online purchases in 4 installments every 2 weeks. You need to make the first payment (25% of the total amount) at the moment of your purchase with Zip, instead of paying the whole price.

  • Buy in our afiliate merchants and choose Zip as payment method at the checkout.

    New users will have to give us some information in order to sign up and make your first payment. If you already have an active account, you will one have to log in. A piece of cake!

    After makeing the first payment, the shop will ship your products and we will automatically take the installment from your debit or credit card registrated, within 6 weeks.

  • We don’t get recieve interests for your purchase.

    Actually we have a promotion without any fee, so that you can use Zip for free.

    Our afiliate merchants pay us a tiny fee for using our service.

    In Zip we want to be clear as water, and we will never change our fees without letting you know.

  • Payment calendar begins automatically at the moment of the purchase. You will need to pay 25% of the total amount, and then another 25% every two weeks, within 6 weeks, using the card that you registrated at the moment of the registration with us.

    We will try to make the charge at middday, but if you have any problem or want to make the charge before, you can always log in your Zip account here and make the payment manally.

  • In order to reduce frauds and keep your account protected, we verify and approve every transaction in real time, so the amount you can spend with Zip can change  according to different factors, such as:

    • How long you have been a Zip customer
    • Your credit records
    • The afiliate merchant where you want to buy
    • The amount of purchases you have done recently
    • Your payment records with us.

    We want you to have full control of your personal expenses and having a healthy credit record, so we give you some advices to achieve it:

    • Make your payment on time
    • If accidentally you can’t make your payment on time, try to make it as soon as possible.
    • Make sure to have enough money in your card to make your first payment.
  • In Zip we believe in responsible expenses. We can work, plan, buy and pay together if we know better each other. But at first you will only be able to make another purchase after making the second payment of your first buy.

    That means that until we know well each other, you can only make one transction with Zip every 2 weeks, unless you pay your installments before the schedule. You can always anticipate payments in your account here.

    If you try to make many purchases at the moment, will be considered as an alert and your purchases will be rejected.

  • With Zip you can divide your purchase in 4 installments with any credit or debit card or bank account. You can buy any products offered in the store, not only the ones that are selected. For now Zip is only available in participant stores, but soon you wil find us everywhere.

    We offer a quick and easy free registration, instead of a long credit application. In Zip you don’t pay interests, so you will always know how much to pay. We don’t have complex clauses.

  • In order to buy with Zip, you must be over 18 years old, own a credit or debit mexican card and live in Mexico. Your approbation will depend in your credit records and other factors that will guide us to give you a budget for your purchases.

  • If you want a refund for a purchase you made wusing Zip, you will have to contact the store where you bought and follow the return process.

    If the store allows returns, they will be able to process the refund in Zip, we will notice and automatically will be applied to your payments calendar.

    If you have a pending payment and expecting a refund, please contact us.

  • If your scheduled payment fails we will try to make the charge again the next working day.

    If we can’t make it, we will have make a delay charge ($50 MXN) each delayed payment, so make sure to have enough money in your card.

    If you don’t make your payments, we will try to contact you, but if we can’t, we will have to communicate with authorities. Also we are forced to inform the situation to credit agencies, and this will affect your credit score.
