Lead guidelines:
- Confirm that you have spoken with a current client and have given them an overview of Zip and how it will benefit them.
- If the client has expressed interest in learning more about Zip then proceed to the next step.
- Ascertain whether the merchant is a good fit for Zip. Zip can support most merchants except for those in industries such as weapons, drugs, pornography, and other explicit products. See the full restricted list here. Only complete the form if your client falls outside of these industries.
- Gather all the information needed to fill out the form on the right for the Zip sales team. Do not leave fields blank.
