A message from Larry Diamond, our Global CEO 

This is an incredibly exciting day for me. 

A year ago, we welcomed Quadpay to the Zip family – knowing that we shared the same belief in creating a better, fairer way to pay. Since then, we’ve been working closely together to grow our business across the US. I’m proud to share that after another record quarter of growth, we now support over 51,000 merchants and 7.3M customers around the world. 

Zip now operates in five continents and we’re only just getting started. As we continue to grow internationally, we’re bringing our businesses together under a single, global brand so we can focus our collective resources on supporting our merchants and customers.

From today, we’ll begin to talk to customers across the US about our upcoming new look, and from mid-August we’ll operate globally as Zip, with a bold new brand identity that consumers will recognise wherever they are.

You’ve been with us on this journey so far – we couldn’t have made it here without you. I want to thank you for your support and tell you what you can expect from us as we move forward into the future as one global business. 

We want to be the most fair and responsible global payments brand. Everyday we challenge ourselves to make sure that we’re providing real value to our merchant partners and their customers. 

Our job is to turn the browsers into shoppers, increasing conversion rates and transaction volumes across all your channels. Whether instore or online – we’ll work with you to create seamless checkout experiences that keep your customers coming back for more.  

We’ll harness our platforms to connect you with new customers. Through our app, our website and a heavy-weight brand awareness campaign launching this fall, we’ll be driving consumers in your direction every day. 

Our new brand is designed, quite literally, to put our merchants at the centre – building a window in the heart of Zip that can showcase your business. 

We work with companies of all types, from global tech brands to family-owned bakeries. Whether you want to attract new customers or enter new markets, we’ll bring our experience and insight to support your growth.
