This Promotion is subject to the $10 Off Your First Zip App Purchase Program Terms and Conditions (available below). This Promotion is available between 12:00am EST on August 28, 2024 and December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST, 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

To receive $10 off your first Zip App Purchase (“Discount Reward”), you must during the Promotional Period:

  • Download the Zip App and sign up for a Zip account using the promo code KP10 on Zip’s sign up screen;
  • Complete your first Zip purchase of $35 or more using Zip Anywhere within 30 days of signing up for your Zip Account;
  • Apply the rewards balance to your Zip Anywhere purchase of $35 or more via the “order summary” screen.

This Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per Customer and is only available to new Zip Customers who have not yet completed a purchase via the Zip app.

$10 Off Your First Zip App Purchase Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the ($10) Off Your First Zip App Purchase Zip Promotion (“Promotion”), offered by Zip Co US Inc. (“we”, “Zip” or the “Company”).

As part of the Promotion, Zip is offering new Zip users in the United States the opportunity to earn a $10 discount reward (“Discount”), payable by Zip, for their first purchase on the Zip App (“Transaction”), in accordance with and subject to these Terms during the time of the Promotion (“Promotional Period”).

Binding Agreement. By using the Zip App and choosing to participate in the Promotion, you are bound by these Terms and indicate your agreement with them. All the Company’s decisions are final and binding. These Terms are incorporated by reference and are subject to the Zip Customer Agreement available at https://zip.co/us/quadpay-terms-of-service (Capitalised terms not otherwise defined shall have the meanings outlined in the Customer Agreement).

Privacy. The personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Promotion will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available for your review at https://zip.co/us/privacy-policy.

How the Promotion works. The Promotion description indicates i) the amount of Discount reward, ii) a required minimum Transaction value (if any), and iii) the method of application or redemption for such Promotion.

To qualify for any given Discount, you must comply with the following conditions below. Failing to achieve any of these conditions, shall make you ineligible to earn any Discount for such Transactions.

  1. Download the Zip App, sign up for a Zip Account and receive an approval from Zip, within Zip’s reasonable discretion;
  2. Enter the promo code KP10in the [insert screen they sign up on];
  3. Apply the $10 Discount reward on the “order summary” screen, before confirming your purchase on the Zip App;
  4. Successfully complete a Zip Anywhere purchase of USD$35 or more.
  5. Maintain a Zip account open and in good standing, for the duration of the Promotion Period according to the Zip Customer Agreement or until the Discount Reward is applied to your Order.

For eligible Transactions, you will receive the Discount reward in the form of a discount applied to the final instalment in your Zip installment plan.
All Rewards issued under the Program expire 30 days after issuance if unused and are one time use only. Rewards may only be earned in respect of and may only applied to Zip Anywhere purchases made via the App.

Your right to earn Discount rewards under the Promotion shall be subject to the maximum reward and minimum Transaction amounts, specified in the Promotion description.

If you receive a refund (full or partial) of a Transaction made by You, such that the net amount of the Transaction after such refund will be less than the minimum amount specified in the Promotion (if any), you will not be eligible to earn any Discount reward for such Transaction, and the value of any reward will be forfeited.

To participate in this Offer you must be a new Zip Customer who has not yet placed an order using Zip (either Zip Anywhere or Zip Checkout).

Zip reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any entrant with respect to whether they are a new customer or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine any entrant to be ineligible in its sole discretion. Zip reserves the right to exclude any customer from being considered to be a entrant, to revoke Rewards, or to terminate the Program as determined in Zip's sole discretion.

Rewards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit, except as expressly provided herein, and may not be resold.

Rewards may not be used in conjunction with any other Zip promotion.

Restrictions. You may not use the Promotion to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Promotion. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Promotion, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot, or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Promotion. This includes but is not limited to a general prohibition on posting of Offers or personal links on any website or social media platform. If we believe that your account was used inappropriately, we have the right to revoke all Discount benefits granted to you and/or remove you from the Zip app or Zip platform. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Territory. This Promotion is only available in states in the United States where Zip is available from time to time, check your Zip app to see if your state is excluded. The Territory is subject to change, at the Company’s reasonable discretion.

Neither Redeemable Nor Transferable. Except as otherwise provided by these Terms, Discount rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Discount rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.

Liability. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, FAILURE TO STORE ANY INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY ZIP OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ZIP PLATFORM OR ZIP SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zip and its Affiliates, as well as their officers, directors, agents, employees, attorneys, insurers, independent contractors, providers, successors, and assigns (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all Losses incurred in connection with (i) your use or inability to use the Zip app or the Zip Platform or any Zip services, or (ii) your breach or violation of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any law, or the rights of any user or third party and (iv) any content submitted by you or using your account to the Zip app or the Zip Platform, including, but not limited to the extent such content may infringe on the intellectual rights of a third party or otherwise be illegal or unlawful. You also agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties for any Losses resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL BE FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).

Disclaimer of Warranties. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PROMOTION, THE ZIP APP AND THE ZIP PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZIP MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE ZIP APP OR PLATFORM OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THE ZIP APP OR PLATFORM AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE ZIP APP OR PLATFORM, (III) ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; AND (IV) EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

Taxes. If you receive a Discount reward under the Promotion, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it, if any may apply or derive according to the law or by contract.

Severability. If any provision in these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate these Terms or the Promotion at any time for any reason in Zip’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to disqualify any user at any time from participation in the Promotion if we have a good faith belief that he/she has violated any of these Terms, the Zip Customer Agreement, or any other agreement that is in place between Zip and the Customer from time to time.
