Non-Executive Director Meredith Scott

Meredith is a business leader and board member with over 35 years' experience. She is currently a non-executive director at private financial services company Payton Capital. She chairs Zip's Audit and Risk Committee.

Meredith was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Opportunity International Australia. She was Chairman of Opportunity's Indian subsidiary, Dia Vikas Capital. Previously she was with Ernst & Young for 32 years, including 19 years as an audit partner, and an Ernst and Young Governing body member at national, Asian and Global levels.

Meredith is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an Honorary Fellow of Senate from Sydney University following 10 years of serving on its Finance and Audit Committee.
