Financial wellbeing
We recognise the importance of financial wellbeing and inclusion, responsible lending, and supporting customers experiencing hardship. Zip focuses on ensuring individuals have access to fair, flexible and transparent products. We take a principled, data-driven approach to credit decisioning ensuring customers are provided an appropriate level of credit based on their individual circumstances, and develop products that encourage responsible repayment behaviour.

Community support
We empower our team to give back through paid volunteering leave and donations, supporting charitable causes and events. Zip partners with organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and the US, contributing to fundraising efforts and driving meaningful community impact.

Environmental impact
Zip remains committed to measuring and managing our environmental impact. Since 2021, we’ve been carbon neutral, reduced Scope 2 emissions and participated in the Carbon Disclosure Project for transparency around our environmental impact, aiming to continuously improve our efforts.
