Gordon BellGroup Chief Financial Officer

Gordon Bell is a financial executive with more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, capital markets and senior funding and liquidity roles. Since October 2023, he has served as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Zip Co Limited (ASX: ZIP).

Prior to this, Gordon spent seven years at Westpac Banking Corporation in senior Finance roles including as the General Manager Group Finance, Chief Financial Officer of the Business Division and as a Managing Director in Group Treasury. Prior to Zip and Westpac, he spent 10 years with the Barclays Group in various banking and finance roles including as the Managing Director and Treasurer, Asia Pacific, and as the Chief Financial Officer for Japan, Greater China and Australia. Mr Bell started his career at KPMG in the audit and advisory division, based in Sydney and London.

Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a Chartered Accountant, is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Knox Grammar School and is the Chair of Audit, Finance and Risk Board sub-committee.
