Meredith Scott Non-Executive Director

Meredith has extensive experience in risk management and governance, with deep expertise in audit and financial reporting. She has worked in the financial services market as both an executive and non executive director.

Meredith was previously a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees of Payton Capital and Wesley Community Services Limited. She was the Chief Executive Officer of Opportunity International Australia and Chairman of Opportunity's Indian subsidiary, Dia Vikas Capital. Prior to this, she worked at Ernst & Young for 32 years, including 19 years as an audit partner, and as a member of various of the firm’s governing bodies.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds an Honorary Fellow of Senate from Sydney University following 10 years of serving on its Finance and Audit Committee.
