Rory HerrimanPresident and Interim CEO, US

Rory brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial services and fintech, with deep expertise in consumer lending and payments. A seasoned executive, he brings extensive experience in business strategy, organizational transformation, and operational leadership, with a track record of driving innovation, strengthening business performance, and building capabilities to support sustainable growth.

Rory joined Zip in early 2024 as Chief Technology Officer, subsequently assuming broader executive responsibilities as Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer (COO), before being appointed President and Interim CEO, US. Throughout his tenure, he has provided strategic leadership across Zip's US product, technology, data and AI, and operations functions, driving enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and disciplined execution against business priorities.

He holds a Doctor of Engineering from The George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
