Sarah Adam-GedgeNon-Executive Director

Sarah is a professional non-executive director and former technology and digital services CEO, with deep experience building and governing high-growth, technology-enabled businesses in Australia and internationally. She is a non‑executive director of Codan Limited, Aussie Broadband Limited and GrainCorp Limited, and chairs the Audit and Risk Committees of both Codan Limited and Aussie Broadband Limited. Sarah was previously the Deputy Chair and non-executive director of Austal Limited.

In her executive career, Sarah was Managing Director of Wipro Australia and New Zealand, following CEO roles at Publicis Sapient Australia and Avanade Australia, and twelve years in Vice President and Managing Partner roles at IBM Global Business Services across Asia Pacific and global growth markets. She began her career in audit.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Queensland University of Technology and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Sarah is currently completing a Graduate Certificate Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management at RMIT.
