Write your story with Zip

When you join Zip’s Risk team, you will be putting your name to a variety of business-critical initiatives attached to our ANZ strategy, including uplifting our credit risk management, fraud control and credit decisioning capabilities.

Working with world-class platforms and given the freedom to experiment and uplift your analytical and modelling capabilities, you’ll be a part of a flat structure and a close-knit team responsible for improving the commercials related to arrears and repayments.

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve

  • Drive continuous improvement in collection strategy effectiveness with focus on incremental profitability (i.e. losses avoided less cost to collect including incentives).
  • Ensuring all credit risks associated with collections are understood and quantified with effective reporting, across all components of collections (People, Data, Process, Technology, Strategy, Control Quality and External Collectors)
