Reporting to the General Counsel ANZ,  you will provide oversight and thought leadership for the implementation of Zip’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and program across ANZ. 

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve

  • Build, implement, monitor and enhance Zip's ANZ TPRM program, in alignment with Global standards
  • Drive holistic and consistent TPRM, aligned with Zip’s risk management practices and regulations
  • Oversee vendor risk assessments, methodologies, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting
  • Monitor vendor performance, proactively identify and remediate risks
  • Implement tools and automation to improve TPRM management and oversight, and mature processes to scale the program globally
  • Design, develop, and produce monthly TPRM reports that track and report on TPRM activities
  • Develop KPIs and other metrics to measure and track TPRM compliance, risk, and effectiveness
  • Support and provide input for internal and external audits, collaborate to remediate findings
  • Provide guidance to business leaders and first line of defence on TPRM requirements
  • Review existing and evolving regulations, craft implementation plans
  • Support Zip's commitment to risk management and data protection

What you’ll bring to the team

To help us level up, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk or related Risk field
  • Vendor Management /TPRM/Procurement experience in banking or Fintech is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Vendor Management, and regulatory compliance preferred
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and managing vendor management/TPRM/procurement programs; performing and leading third-party risk assessments preferred
  • Analytical, strategic, and tactical skills with demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional/cross-divisional teams to solve cross-functional/cross-divisional problems
