Non-Executive Director Matthew W. Schuyler

Based in the US, Mr Schuyler has significant and wide-ranging experience in brand-building, business transformation, human resources and cultural strategy. He most recently served as Chief Brand Officer for Hilton Worldwide, following previous roles as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hilton. Prior to these roles, Mr Schuyler served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Corporate Real Estate for Capital One and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Cisco Systems Inc and before that, was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Matt is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Penn State University, overseeing the governance of one of the largest universities in the US. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
