As our Change Management Lead, you will be the hands on expert who builds and embeds a repeatable change practice across the business. This is a pragmatic, delivery focused role where you will establish the muscle, deliver the artefacts and coach leaders and delivery teams to ensure change lands with minimal disruption and maximum value.
What you’ll own
- Lead enterprise and business unit level change planning including impact analysis, readiness assessments and targeted change and adoption plans
- Create and maintain a consolidated Enterprise Change Calendar and portfolio view to enable sequencing, avoid conflict and balance team capacity
- Apply and embed a repeatable change methodology such as PROSCI, building practical templates, playbooks, governance and simple success metrics
- Establish and lead the Change Guild as a cross functional community of practice to uplift capability, drive consistency and fast track knowledge sharing
- Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Communications, People Partners and Business Unit leaders to translate strategy into clear, sequenced activities and stakeholder engagement plans
- Design and deliver targeted communications, enablement and adoption support including leader toolkits, coaching and frontline readiness initiatives
- Coach and upskill internal change owners so future change is delivered more effectively and sustainably
- Define and track meaningful change success metrics including readiness, adoption, behaviour change and stakeholder sentiment, reporting insights to senior leaders
- Identify and manage interdependencies and risks across the change portfolio to reduce operational disruption
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 7+ plus years hands on change management experience in enterprise or multi business unit environments, with a track record of delivering measurable adoption and behaviour change
- Proven experience conducting impact and readiness assessments, sequencing complex portfolios and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leaders
- Strong practitioner experience with PROSCI or an equivalent structured change methodology
- Experience establishing and leading a community of practice or guild to embed standards and uplift capability
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable artefacts including enterprise change calendars, playbooks, templates, governance frameworks and simple dashboards
- Confidence partnering with Product and Technology teams, translating technical or process change into clear people impacts
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run workshops and present pragmatic options to senior audiences
- Strong personal organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
