1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is Zip Co NZ Finance Limited (NZBN 9429046581358) of Level 13, 5–7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand (“Zip”).

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 9:00am NZDT on 22 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm NZDT on 18 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active Zip Pay in 4 account in good standing (i.e. not in arrears or default) and are opted into marketing communications until the end of the Promotional Period and who make a qualifying transaction using Zip in accordance with clause 4.
3.2 Employees and immediate family members of employees of Zip, its related companies, participating retailers, agents, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each transaction at JB Hi-fi using Zip Pay in 4 as the payment method during the Promotion Period that is successfully processed. For a transaction to be eligible for entry in this promotion, the transaction value must be a minimum of $50 NZD.
4.2 Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying transaction counts as a separate entry.
4.3 All entries must be associated with the entrant’s active Zip account and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Any transactions that are returned, refunded, voided or cancelled for any reason will be disqualified from entry. Zip may, at its discretion, verify the validity of any entry and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or attempt to obtain entries through automated, fraudulent, or improper means (including, without limitation, use of bots or multiple accounts).
4.5 Entries are deemed to be received at the time recorded by Zip’s systems and not at the time of submission by the entrant.

5. Prize Details
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of 4x JB Hi-fi digital gift cards of NZD $2,500 each, for a total of NZD $10,000 (“Prize”).
5.2 Gift cards are subject to JB Hi-Fi’s standard gift card terms available at https://www.jbhifi.co.nz/pages/help-and-support/gift-card-terms-and-conditions
5.3 The Prize will be emailed to the winner’s Zip email address from JB Hi-fi.
5.4 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for Zip credit or any other form of consideration.
5.5 Zip accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by the winner in connection with the receipt of the Prize and makes no representations in relation to any tax implications relating to the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The draw will take place at Zip’s Auckland office located at Level 13, 5–7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand on Thursday 19 February, 2026.
6.2 The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details associated with their Zip account.
6.4 Zip will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5pm, Wednesday 25 February, 2026, Zip reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine an alternate winner.
6.5 The Prize will be emailed to the confirmed winner within ten (10) business days of verification, and no later than Tuesday 11 March, 2026.
6.6 Zip’s determination of the winner (and any redraws) is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Publicity and Privacy
7.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Zip using their first name, last initial, and region of residence for the purpose of announcing and promoting the winner in connection with this Giveaway, without compensation or further notice.
7.2 The winner will be publicly announced through Zip’s marketing channels, including (without limitation) Zip’s website, email communications, and social media platforms.
7.3 Zip will handle all personal information collected, disclosed, and otherwise used in connection with this promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://zip.co/nz/privacy.
7.4 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Zip via the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms
8.1 The Prize is subject to availability. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Zip’s control, Zip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
8.2 Zip reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion, including any Prize details, where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, health restrictions, or technical failures).
8.3 Zip accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction, failure, or human error that affects participation in this promotion.
8.4 Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate the entry process or breach these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
8.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zip shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of this promotion or the awarding, acceptance, or use of the Prize.
8.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising in relation to this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
