Promotion The offer made by the Promoter under this Schedule and the accompanying Terms and Conditions of Entry under which Eligible entrants may (subject to meeting the applicable criteria) go into a draw to win the Prize.
Eligible Entrants The promotion is open to residents in all eligible states/territories of New Zealand:

Who hold an active Zip Pay in 4 account (“Zip Account”) for the duration of the Promotion Period and until the prize draw occurs; and

whose Zip Account is not in default (under the Zip Pay in 4 Terms and Conditions) for the duration of the Promotion Period and until the prize draw occurs.

The following people are expressly excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion:

Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including the Prize Supplier) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the competition permit providers TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter. Method of Entry To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

Be an Eligible Entrant (as defined in this Schedule);

make a transaction in store, or online at any of Zips merchants and pay with their Zip Account (“Eligible Purchase”) during the Promotion Period; and retain the receipt as proof of purchase,

(“Eligible Entry”).
If you meet the Method of Entry above, you will automatically be entered into the Promotion draw.
If the Eligible Purchase is in any way cancelled, refunded or varied in any manner, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Entry.

Unclaimed prize draw If the winner selected during the Prize Draw does not claim the Prize by 4 March 2025, that winner will have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw on 6 March 2024. One winner for each unclaimed prize will be selected at random during the unclaimed prize draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Schedule forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”) These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Schedule).
These Terms remain at all times subject to the Zip Pay in 4 Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The Promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants who satisfy the Method of Entry.

The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.

The Prize is specified in the Prize section of the Schedule.

The total prize pool is specified in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule.

Any prize is valued in New Zealand dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.

If the Prize includes a gift card, the gift card is valid until the expiry date stated on the card or by the provider of the gift card.

Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from any prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

Entrants must follow the Method of Entry in order to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. The Promoter will not engage in any correspondence in relation to any issues in this regard.

The Prize will be awarded to the valid entrant who is drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize Draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn or otherwise in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the Prize is awarded.

The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners and Notification of Unclaimed Prize Winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. The notification will include details about how the Prize can be claimed.

The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.
