1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is Zip Co NZ Finance Limited (NZBN 9429046581358) of Level 13, 5–7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand (“Zip”).

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 9:00am NZDT on 24 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm NZDT on 21 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active Zip Pay in 4 account in good standing (i.e. not in arrears or default) and are opted into marketing communications from Zip.
3.2 Entrants must have the Zip mobile application installed on a compatible device.
3.3 Employees and immediate family members of employees of Zip, its related companies, participating retailers, agents, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.4 Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter
4.1 During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may receive entries into the draw as follows:
(a) App Open Entries: Eligible entrants may receive one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period by opening the Zip mobile application (“App”). Each time an eligible entrant opens the App, they will have a 10% random chance of being awarded an entry (“App Open Entry”). Opening the App does not guarantee an entry. App Open Entries will be drawn at random every day. Eligible entrants will be notified if they have received an App Open Entry via an in-app notification and email, typically within 5 minutes of opening the App (except in the case of technical difficulties or outages, in which case notification will occur as soon as reasonably possible). No notification will be given for unsuccessful App opens.
(b) Zip Purchase Entries: Eligible entrants will receive five (5) entries for each successful purchase made using Zip, either online or in-store, at any participating Zip merchant. Any purchases that are subsequently returned to the retailer for a refund are not eligible and will be excluded.
(c) Bonus Retailer Entries: Eligible entrants will receive twenty (20) entries for purchases made at specified retailers on specified days, as advertised on Zip’s digital channels (including the Zip website, Zip app, electronic direct mail, push notifications, in-app messages, social media, and the specified merchants’ promotional channels). Any purchases that are subsequently returned to the retailer for a refund are not eligible and will be excluded.
4.2 A maximum of two hundred (200) entries per person (across all entry types combined) applies.
4.3 No minimum spend applies to any of the transactions referred to in sub-clauses 4.1(b) and 4.1(c) above.
4.4 All entries must be associated with the entrant’s active Zip account and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Zip may, at its discretion, verify the validity of any entry and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or attempt to obtain entries through automated, fraudulent, or improper means (including, without limitation, use of bots or multiple accounts).
4.6 Entries are deemed to be received at the time recorded by Zip’s systems and not at the time of submission by the entrant.

5. Prize Details
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of a cash payment of NZD $10,000 (“Prize”).
5.2 The Prize will be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account only.
5.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for Zip credit or any other form of consideration.
5.4 Zip accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by the winner in connection with the receipt of the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The draw will take place at Zip’s Auckland office located at Level 13, 5–7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand on Monday, 22 December 2025.
6.2 The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details associated with their Zip account.
6.4 Zip will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm NZDT on 5 January 2026, or fails to provide valid and verified banking details within a reasonable timeframe, Zip reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine an alternate winner.
6.5 The Prize will be deposited into the verified bank account of the confirmed winner within ten (10) business days of verification, and no later than 9 January 2026, subject to administrative delays arising from Zip’s end-of-year office closure (24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026).
6.6 Zip’s determination of the winner (and any redraws) is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Publicity and Privacy
7.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Zip using their first name, last initial, and region of residence for the purpose of announcing and promoting the winner in connection with this Giveaway, without compensation or further notice.
7.2 The winner will be publicly announced through Zip’s marketing channels, including (without limitation) Zip’s website, email communications, and social media platforms.
7.3 Zip will handle all personal information collected, disclosed, and otherwise used in connection with this promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://zip.co/nz/privacy.
7.4 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Zip via the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms
8.1 The Prize is subject to availability. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Zip’s control, Zip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
8.2 Zip reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion, including any Prize details, where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, health restrictions, or technical failures).
8.3 Zip accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction, failure, or human error that affects participation in this promotion.
8.4 Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate the entry process or breach these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
8.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zip shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of this promotion or the awarding, acceptance, or use of the Prize.
8.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising in relation to this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
