FREE ENTRY: Anyone may enter by following the following Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) instead, free of charge. To enter via this method please fill out this form. AMOE entries that do not clearly provide the information required in the form will be deemed ineligible (as determined in Zip’s sole discretion). All AMOE entries must be received within the Promotional Period. Zip is not responsible for late, lost, or damaged entries, or technical issues that otherwise might prevent Zip from receiving any AMOE entries.

Zip retains the right to verify the completion and validity of all entries and information provided and reserves the authority to disqualify any User who (a) tampers with the entry process, (b) submits an entry not in compliance with these terms and conditions, or (c) engages in unlawful or improper conduct that could jeopardize the fair and proper execution of the Promotion. Participants are only permitted to enter using their own names. Users who furnish incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Entries submitted by a User who Zip deems to have provided incorrect, incomplete, incomprehensible, misleading, or fraudulent information may, at Zip's discretion, be rendered invalid. Zip reserves the right to request that the User provide appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to Zip’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) to confirm information and eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the User when entering the Promotion, prior to awarding a prize. Failure to provide the documentation required by Zip, or if a User's entry has not been verified or validated to Zip's satisfaction, may result in all entries from that User being disqualified and deemed invalid.
ELIGIBILITY: If you are below the legal age of majority in your state, you are not permitted to utilize or access Zip's platform to participate in promotions. Children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from accessing Zip's Platform, taking part in any activities, or disclosing personal information to Zip. Zip's products and Promotions are intended for an audience beyond children, and Zip absolves itself from any responsibility for any instance where children are inadvertently exposed to our Services, Offers, or Promotions through a responsible adult or legal guardian.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at time of entry. RESTRICTED PARTICIPATION: Certain Promotions may be tailored for specific individual Users. Other Promotions may be accessible to groups of Users or all Users at large, as explicitly indicated within the respective Promotions. Zip retains the exclusive right to ascertain the eligibility of any User or class of Users for each Promotion, exercising this discretion at its sole judgment.
WINNER SELECTION: Every eligible User who successfully earns an entry in accordance with these Terms shall be entered into a participant pool, from which a winner or winners (as applicable) will be chosen randomly. The prize draw is conducted using a random-based mechanism to select the recipient of the prize and will be conducted either under independent supervision or through a computer process designed to generate verifiably random outcomes. The selected winner or winners of the draw will receive written notification by email within three (3) days following the respective Draw Date. Zip is committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure the timely notification of winners. By participating in this Promotion, Users expressly consent and authorize Zip to use any personal identifiable information (PII) in order to contact the Users and Winners of this Promotion.
UNCLAIMED WINNER: If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) business days, their prize is forfeited. Zip may determine to redraw the prize via the means outlined above. The Unclaimed winner will be notified within three (3) days following the respective unclaimed winner draw.
The awarded prize will be designated under the winner's (or unclaimed winners) name. Zip's determination is final, and no correspondence will be entertained on this matter. The prize may be either a physical card or an electronic code equivalent to a card, the choice being at Zip's discretion.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and they cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise. Winners must accept prizes as offered and are not permitted to modify them. In cases where a prize is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. These prizes cannot be subjected to auctioning, trading, bartering, or sale. Zip retains the authority to invalidate any Promotion that is being transferred to a third party in contravention of these terms. Zip assumes no responsibility for any effort to redeem a Promotion acquired through a third party, whether done gratuitously or for monetary gain.
Zip bears no responsibility for any potential tax implications arising from the receipt of prize winnings. Any vouchers, electronic validation codes, tickets, coupons, products, services, or subscriptions provided as part of a prize are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions, including expiration dates, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
In the event cash is awarded, prizes may be granted in the form of Zip account credit, electronic codes, gift cards, bank checks, PayPal (with potential fees that are the winner's responsibility), or electronic funds transfer to the winner’s designated bank account.
It is solely the responsibility of the User to ensure they fulfill the requirements for using the prize.
Applicable only for travel prize: all components of the prize must be utilized together.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are not fixed and will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
DISPUTE REGARDING THE IDENTITY OF PARTICIPANT USERS: In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an online User, the submission will be considered to originate from the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address provided at the time of entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the individual naturally assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or another organization responsible for allocating email addresses within the domain linked to the submitted email address. Zip retains the right to request proof from any User or potential winner that they indeed hold the status of an authorized account holder for the email address associated with the entry. Zip will make all reasonable efforts to inform the winner, and its judgment is conclusive, with no further communication to be engaged on the matter.
FORCE MAJEURE: If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Zip hinder the smooth execution of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, situations such as war, terrorism, pandemic, state of emergency, natural disaster, computer virus infection, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical malfunctions, or any other factor that compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper progress of the Promotion, Zip retains the authority, at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable legal instructions, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. In such cases, if deemed necessary, Zip may also opt to provide an alternative prize or prizes of equal value to the original prize.
PUBLICITY AND IMAGE AUTHORIZATION: By participating in this Promotion, the User grants consent that, if they emerge as the winner and if deemed necessary by ZIP, ZIP may utilize the User’s name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including photographs, films, and/or recordings) across various media channels, without requiring further notification, review, remuneration, compensation, permission, or approval. This usage extends indefinitely and is undertaken for the purposes of promoting, publicizing, or marketing the Promotion (including its outcomes), as well as endorsing any products or services produced, distributed, and/or provided by Zip. In the event of winning, the Participant User commits to engaging in all reasonable promotional activities associated with the Promotion, as requested by Zip and its representatives.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Zip, along with its affiliated agencies and entities, shall exclude all liability (excepting instances where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded, including any pertinent consumer guarantees mandated by applicable consumer laws) for any form of direct or indirect harm, loss, or damage stemming from the Promotion, including the prize draw, and any undertakings associated with the Prize.

Membership, pages, applications, and overall usage of social media are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the respective social media platforms. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, or others ("Social Media Site"). If a Participant employs social media to engage in the Promotion, the User acknowledges that they are sharing their information with Zip and not with any social media platform. Upon entry, any copyright or moral rights inherent in an entry become the irrevocable property of Zip. Zip collects personal information about a User to include them in the Promotion and, when appropriate, grant prizes. Users acknowledge that Zip may gather additional information about them from alternative sources, send information, samples, special offers, or other information or goods provided by marketing partners that Zip believes might be of interest to Users. All personal information will be stored by Zip in accordance with Zip’s Privacy Policy.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS: Users are prohibited from referring themselves or creating multiple, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts with Zip to participate in a Promotion or submit entries multiple times. You further undertake to indemnify the Indemnified Parties against any Losses arising from your deployment of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data retrieval and extraction tools, or any other activity that imparts an undue load or strain on our infrastructure.
Zip reserves the prerogative, at its exclusive discretion, to assume sole control and direction, at its own cost, over any matter otherwise encompassed by your indemnification. You shall not, under any circumstance, settle any claim or issue without the prior written consent of Zip.
TAX OBLIGATIONS: In the event that you receive a prize under the Promotion, you shall be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees, if they are applicable.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: In the event that any provision within these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that specific provision (or the portion thereof causing such invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability) shall be deemed as removed, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
RIGHT TO MODIFY, CANCEL, OR TERMINATE: We retain the exclusive right to cancel, modify, or terminate these Terms or the Promotion at our sole discretion, for any reason.
