What you’ll bring to the team
- 5+ years leading Finance transformation programs, process optimization initiatives, or system implementations in complex environments.
- Strong working knowledge of core Finance process areas and operational frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution—ensuring visibility of risks, clear resolution paths, and consistent stakeholder alignment.
- Disciplined project manager with a track record of scoping, sequencing, and delivering multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering with Finance Systems or IT teams to define automation opportunities and system enhancements.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, executive-level updates, visuals, dashboards, and trackers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complexity into structured action, drive accountability, and identify risk early.
