If your scheduled repayment fails it is your responsibility to stay up to date. We may reattempt your scheduled repayments, which may include debiting alternative payment methods on file. We recommend you make an additional repayment to avoid fees.
If you meet your minimum monthly repayment amount each month (or the remaining balance if less), a late fee of $5 ($7.50* effective 2 May 2025) for Zip Pay or $15 for Zip Plus and Zip Money will be charged 7 days for Zip Plus & Zip Money (7 days* effective 2 May 2025 for Zip Pay) after your contractual due date. Please refer to your contract to determine the minimum repayment amount due each month.
A $5 dishonour fee applies if your repayment is rejected by your bank.
Please note: a poor repayment history may have an effect on your credit score in the future.
