In the Zip app, go to the Pay tab > Tap Protect purchases and follow the steps.

Your protection starts when you purchase the policy through the Zip app and is valid for 12 months from the start date. You can find the start and end dates for your protection in your policy wording, which can be accessed through the Zip app. Your policy will automatically renew after 12 months, but you will have the option to opt out of the renewal if you like.
To view your policy in the Zip app, go to the Pay tab, click 'Buy Product Protection', go to your 'Active' policies and click on the policy you want to view.
You can also view your wording by logging into your XCover account.
We will contact you prior to your renewal date to confirm your policy renewal.
