Instalments - Repayments

Repayments - All Orders on Instalments:

You can repay your total owing balance for all orders on instalments in the Zip app by following the instructions below:

1. From the Home Page, select your Zip Money account
2. Scroll down and select 'Manage Instalments'
3. Select 'Pay Balance' located at the top of the page

Individual Orders:

To repay the remaining balance for an individual instalment order in the Zip app, please follow the instructions below:

1. From the Home Page, select your Zip Money account
2. Scroll down and select 'Manage Instalments'
3. Select the order you wish to repay the remaining balance for
4. Select 'Make a repayment', located at the bottom of the page
5. Select 'Order balance' and follow the repayment method prompts
