How do I add a Payment Method to my Zip Pay account?

You can add an eligible debit card or bank account to your Zip Pay account.

To add a debit card as your repayment method, login to your Zip App and follow the instructions below:

1. In the top right corner tap on the Profile icon
2. Select 'Manage Zip Plus account'
3. Click 'Payment methods'
4. Enter your nominated card details
5. Select 'Set as default'
6. Click SAVE
7. Your card has now been successfully added

Please ensure that the card you are attempting to add has sufficient funds for us to pre-authorise $1-$5.

Note: We do not accept bank details as a payment method for Zip Pay accounts.
