What's changing?
- From August 12 2025, all NEW purchases will be placed on the Flex repayment schedule.

What Happens to My Existing Instalments?
If you have an active Instalment Plan on or before 12 August 2025:
- Your current Instalment Plan will continue as usual until it’s paid off.
- You can view your Instalment Plan in the Zip Money account overview.
- We’ll contact you in advance if any future changes affect your existing Instalment Plan.
Why the Change?
By moving all new purchases to the Flex repayment schedule, we’re making Zip Money simpler and more consistent, so you have just one clear repayment schedule for all your purchases going forward.
