If you are having difficulty signing in, you have forgotten your Zip account password or simply want to update it, you can easily reset it via our website or Zip app.
Resetting your Password via the app:
- Open the Zip app on your device.
- Tap “Log in”, then select “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address associated with your account and tap “Send password reset”
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the steps to set a new password.
Resetting your Password via the website:
- Go to the Zip login page
- Select 'Forgot password?' under the sign-in button .
- Enter your registered email address and tap “Send password reset” as shown in the example below:
A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file, simply enter your new password and re-enter to confirm.
Haven't received the password reset link?
- Check your junk/spam folders for the email.
- If you have unsubscribed from our emails, you may not receive the password reset link. Please check your email settings, go into your 'unsubscribe list,' and remove [email protected] from that list.
- Invalid email address: if you need to update your email address please submit a request here.
