Our Commitment
If you are affected by family violence, we will:
- Fast-track your hardship request.
- Provide options for financial relief.
- Carefully assess debt recovery where family violence is involved.
What We Won’t Do
- Ask you to recount your experience of family violence.
- Refer your debt to a third-party agency once we are aware family violence is a factor.
Support Options
Based on the information you provide we are able to provide you with a support plan.
Your plan may include:
- Reduced repayments below your usual or minimum amount.
- A pause or deferral of repayments.
- Suspension or variation of interest and fees.
- In exceptional cases, debt waiver or settlement.
All hardship requests are handled confidentially, and we will work with you to find the right solution.
