Where can I locate my Zip account statement/s?

Your statement will be issued via email at the end of each month. We cannot generate an interim statement, you will need to wait until the end of each month for it to become available. You can also access all of your statements at any time in the Zip app or via the Zip website:

In App

1. Login and tap on the 'Home' tab
2. Tap your preferred account
3. Tap the ‘icon’ in the top right corner
4. Tap 'View my Zip statements'

Zip website

To access your statements via Zip Website, follow these steps below:

1. Login and click on your preferred account
2. Click the three lines in the top left corner
3. Click  'Statements'
