You can update your mobile number, email or residential address on the Zip App. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Tap the 'Profile' icon in the top right of the 'Home' tab
- Tap on 'Personal details'
- Tap on the ‘Pencil’ icon to the right of your current details
- You will then be asked to enter your new details, followed by completing an SMS verification step.
Please Note: If you are unable to log in to your Zip account to update your details due to not having access to your previous number, please follow these steps, here.
To update your personal details through the Zip website, tap here:
Once you are logged into your account, simply click the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and select 'Personal details.'
