If you are unable to access the mobile number associated with your Zip account or you do not have access to the 6-digit SMS code, you may be able to update your mobile number at the log-in stage via our Zip app or via the Zip website.
When logging in, please enter your email and password into the Zip app or Zip website, and tap the 'not your number' prompt as seen below. This is shown on the enter a ‘6-digit code’:
You will then be prompted to input your new mobile number and complete a verification step.
