To change your customers' interest-free period you will need to email through the request below to our Merchant Experience team stating the customer's order details and what the interest-free period needs to be adjusted to and our Merchant Experience team will be able to promptly review and adjust.
If the new Interest-Free period is longer, this may have a higher Merchant Service Fee applied. This will be applied to your merchant account as an "arrears balance" and any outstanding amount will be withheld on your next disbursement to clear the difference.
Please note that if the interest-free term that was originally given for the order has since passed, we will not be able to extend the term any further.
