How do I apply for a Zip account?

You can apply for a Zip account; Zip Pay, Zip Plus or Zip Money in minutes via our online application form here. 

If you have already started an application for a Zip account, you can continue where you left off here.

Once your application has been approved, you’ll need to activate your account by accepting the Terms & Conditions. To do this:

1. Visit this link and enter your mobile number.
2. Follow the prompts to:
   1. Provide your personal details
   2. Verify your ID
3. Link a valid payment method
4. Carefully read and accept your contract and Terms & Conditions.

Once complete, you’re ready to start shopping!

Please note:

• Zip accounts are individual accounts only. We do not support joint applications.
