  • You can submit offers through our Black Friday participation form. up until 1 December 2025.

    Before you begin, make sure you have a Zip store directory tile, an offer and your promotion details ready (dates, offer mechanic, image, URL, T&Cs). Don't have a store directory tile? It's easy to set up here

    Once your offer is submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

  • To participate in a Zip campaign, you will need to have the Zip brand assets included on the homepage, product pages, cart, checkout and landing pages of your website.

    If you need assistance with this, you can find the steps to enable on-site messaging in our developer docs.

    Your business must also have a store directory tile on zip.co to participate. Have your login details ready and set one up here

  • Offers can be changed up until 11.59pm 1 December.

    Simply enter your new offer via the submission form and we’ll upload your most recent submission.

    Alternatively, if you need to change your offer during the campaign period, please contact us over email - hello@partners.zip.co.

  • Yes, If your business has multiple brands you’ll need to submit an offer for each brand separately through the submission form.
  • If your business has multiple brands, you’ll need to submit a separate offer for each brand through the submission form. Creating these individually ensures our app engine treats each offer correctly and displays them under the right brand.

    You can also submit multiple offers under a single brand. Note our recommendation engine will determine which offers to showcase based on customer behaviour.
