ZMobile Approved Device List
ZMobile eSIMs are designed for use with our Approved Devices. Please refer to our Standard Form of Agreement for full details on device compatibility and exceptions.
Under our Standard Form of Agreement, ZMobile SIM cards must be used with an Approved Device unless otherwise agreed in writing. A device is only considered "Approved" if it is running the latest software with VoLTE (4G Calling) enabled. Using an unapproved device or outdated software may prevent you from making calls, including critical access to 000 emergency services.
This list is updated regularly and applies to current Apple and Android models purchased within Australia. Your device may not be compatible if it was purchased overseas, bought from another Australian provider before 2017 (specifically Samsung, Sony, or HTC models), or is not included on this list. Please verify your model and country of purchase to ensure your device supports VoLTE and emergency calling.
